So, the next exercise in the book is to take a look at the 7 day mood chart and identify 1 or 2 situations and corresponding behaviours that seemed to make my mood worse. I also need to say what my current behaviour is in the situation.
** UPDATE ** I seem to have misread the question. It asked me about behaviours and not moods. I misread it to mean moods. As such, I have changed the situations.
I have chosen 2 situations from the week that I monitored my moods, they are:
