Psychiatrist Visit & Other Stuff
So, yesterday (10th June) I went to the psychiatrist. It was a good visit. It was nice and short – which is always good as it means things are improving. He seemed to be happy with the progress – as do both Jamie & I. It seems the increase in medication is doing the trick.
