So, I was talking with a friend last night. I have to admit that I quite enjoyed the conversation.

It became very apparent to me that talk therapy is very good for mental health issues. While taking to my friend, I talked about my depression and my issues. During the time I was talking, it seemed to help me with the issues. It was as if talking helped me forget the issues. Maybe that is what it is supposed to do, I don’t know.

All I do know, is that it helped me forget the issues and feel a little better about myself.
