As already mentioned, the book I am working from is the ‘New Harbinger Self Help – Overcoming Depression One Step At A Time’.

The introduction exercise requires me to list changes that have taken place in my life in the last 6 months. I am required to state whether the changes are negative (-) or positive (+). I have sat and thought about this and these are the changes that I have come up with:

  • Off sick from work (-)
  • Written warning from work (-)
  • Attempted suicide (-)
