I am doing this to let folk know of my battle with this horrible mental illness and also as a form of therapy. I think if I talk more about it I can get to understand how it affects me and how I can overcome it. It is a very big hope on my part that it will work.

I am currently working with a psychiatrist and also a workbook called ‘Overcoming depression one step at a time’. I will post on this blog the excercises that it has me do, and you can all come along this journey with me.

This journey first started for me when I was in my teens. I had a very hard childhood (who doesn’t… right), which has carried on into my normal life and also my relationship with Jamie. I now want to work on this and try and lead some kind of normal life.
