So, yesterday (Weds 07 July) I had another appointment with my psychologist. As with the other appointments it was quite a good appointment.

We talked about what had happened since we last met. I kept a better mood chart and log of things that happened. She seemed quite impressed with what I had achieved. I was able to go to Ely and Wisbech and be in the crowds and not get as anxious as I used to. I have found that I have been doing more around the house too.

The appointment seemed to go quite quick also.

We talked about what I was gonna do over the coming week to help towards my goals.

The goals I have are:

  • Exercise more
  • Attend more social situations

I have calendered some things in to help me try and reach the goals I have.
