The next exercise has asked me to focus on situations that I have avoided and whether they have been adaptive or problematic for me.
A couple of situations come to mind.
The finance situation is a problematic one as it will lead to an incorrect amount being paid to the payee.
The beach one is an adaptive one as it means I won’t be in a crowd of people. I will avoid the feelings of anxiety also.
