So, I am having a bit of an off today. Things are getting to me that really shouldn’t and I don’t know how to change it so that they don’t.
I am waiting to go see a psychologist about CBT. I just don’t know how to do it in the mean time.
I have a learned way of dealing with things and I wish that it wasn’t like that anymore. I will have to wait and see what the psychologist has to say on the issue. The workbook is going to go down that path too – I think. Speaking of, I will post in a day or two after I have done the next exercise.
